Leslie Grossman

Leslie currently stars on WB's comedy "What I Like About You". Her appearance as "Mary Cherry" on WB's series "Popular" opened up the gates to her success. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Grossman always secretly wanted to be an actress, although she never really expected it to happen. Her initial foray into showbiz was as a director of one-act plays in a festival at Crossroads School, a performing arts high school in Los Angeles. She switched gears from director to actress during her senior year at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Grossman starred in a theatre production of Cereal! which was so successful that it made a one-year run off-Broadway. Subsequently, the play made its way to Los Angeles at the Hudson Theater. Grossman's big-screen appearances include Can't Hardly Wait, with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Seth Green, and The Opposite of starring Christina Ricci and Lisa Kudrow. Her television credits include the HBO comedy Real Friends and guest appearances on Nip/Tuck, CSI and Any Day Now. Grossman just completed filming Miss Congeniality 2, starring Sandra Bullock, in which she plays a member of Bullock's character's fashion squad. When not working, Grossman enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping and going to the movies. Grossman was born on October 25, 1971.
